Lighting 3 - UE4

Since all good things come in threes (as the old saying goes), here's the third and last light study I did.
As far as my references go, I went for a Blade Runner, Dark City and Brazil sort of mood. This is by far the one I enjoyed making the most and, as such, the one I believe I could improve even more. Then again, those changes and tweaks will have to be done on the next one.
